The marketing of network is a New Economic model which takes its rise

at this beginning of XXIe century.

Like all new information, it generates a shock (phase 1), which requires

a time of absorption (phase 2), before the generalization of its application

(phase 3).

- In phase 1 the new concept is applied without filter by companies

either excellent, or at the border of the dishonesty (produced

“miracles” which cure very sold from abroad, leaders who leave

with the case…) in all the cases without control of the authorities of the country.

- In phase 2, always painful, the sorting is done, helped by the capacities

public. In France we are at the end of phase 2, with a beginning

of adaptation of the legislation (law Madelin of 1993) and its introduction

in the teaching of the universities of trade.

During the phase 2 people installed in the old economic order

do all so that the things do not change and fight by the denigration

against the new economic model. On the other hand leaders of the company

have a presentiment of the movement and encourage it (American business man D.

Trump or the Kiyosaki economist, while certain companies puts himself at

marketing of network under hand, like Yves Rocher).

- Phase 3 will see an increase impressive in the number of people

remunerated by the system of marketing of network.

If we bring back the figure of the United States (12 million people

practitioner the MLM) with that of the French population, we go towards

2.4 million representatives in France at least. Knowing that they are 170

000 indexed by the Federation of the Direct sales, there is not

of concern to be had for the next years.

 

The reasons of this transformation of the economic landscape are multiple and

all convergent:

- attenuation of the paid statute, broken down, fine social elevator of

model “small middle-class man”,

- uneven sharing of the benefit (supporting the capital from where the fall

purchasing power of the employees whom one observes more and more),

- rights to the increasingly weak retirement (especially for more

young people, because of demography, and one sees already now

reprocessed to make odd jobs to round their ends of the month),

- awakening of the need for setting up sources of

multiple incomes,

- stronger desire of autonomy with the rise in the level of study (desire

to have the control of its time and its incomes),

- desire of recognition and individual realization through one

entrepreneurial creation (not to make the career of its owner more, but

his),

- awakening of the individual potential of each one (it has there no more one

classify which must direct and a class which must obey, but of the people who

exploit their potential),

- propagation of an economic model of ease through the mass media

(what could be more eloquent than a “President people” who increases himself by 140%!?!),

- facility to start a profitable activity starting from its residence

thanks to the telecommuting (it is enough to a telephone, of a computer and a fax

to be an autonomous economic entity),

- increasing difficulty for the traditional companies to reach

and of fidéliser their customers,

- rise in the cost of living, in particular for the housing, which makes jump them

psychological bolts which were opposed to the personal enrichment (which

do not seek to grow rich engages on the way by poverty, it has there no more

of medium).

 

One could find others of them. It is about a movement of capital of which us

let us see only the emerged part of the iceberg. If it is not by us only

the things will advance, it will be by the different one, but that will be done of all

way, because the movement is definitively on the way.

 

 

2) A legal framework and tax formalized clean in France

The legislator was not mistaken besides there since it prepared a framework

legal adapted since 1993 (law Madelin).

It allows any person thus, some is her statute present (without

to prejudge regulations particular to certain professions:

notaries, lawyers…), to have an additional economic activity without

to have formalities of establishment during the first three years!

This situation is single in France and explains the very good development

d'ACN. Merci Alain Madelin !
